Friday, March 1, 2024, Montana Hale an African American 11-year-old student was attacked from behind in school by a Hispanic 12-year-old peer. She defended herself, resulting in an altercation. Neither girl was reported injured and there were no weapons involved. Afterwards both girls were handcuffed and taken into custody where they were both transported to the police department.
